Riad is a Civil engineer by profession, with experience in Contracts & Commercial management, disputes management, and claims resolution in Europe and GCC countries. He has extensive experience in delay analysis, cost quantum, and contract administration.
His experience in construction dispute claims involves working closely with clients to defend or prepare claims for Owners/Government bodies, Engineers/Consultants, and all levels of contractors. He also has distinctive experience in the development, implementation, and monitoring of project management and cost and time control systems, which include schedule, cost, and document control systems. His experience covers a wide range of industries, including commercial & residential buildings, high-rise buildings, hotels, hospitals, sports facilities, villa projects, roads, and bridges.
